1. 30-DAY EVALUATION PERIOD & MANDATORY DEDUCTIONS If you find your InvisiLabs hardware unsatisfactory, you possess the right to return the merchandise for a refund, strictly conditioned upon initiating the request within thirty (30) calendar days from your verified date of delivery. Please be explicitly advised that this return privilege is subject to standard non-recoverable operational costs: a mandatory administrative processing fee of $4.95, combined with the entirety of the original outbound shipping expenses, will be legally deducted from your final authorized refund. Refund inquiries initiated beyond the initial 30-day post-delivery window will be categorically denied.

2. AUTHORIZATION PROTOCOL & 14-DAY DISPATCH DEADLINE Returns will not be processed without prior formal authorization. To validly commence this process, you must submit an electronic request to our support desk at support@invisilabs.store, providing your precise Order Number and the formal justification for the return. Within one (1) business day, our representatives will furnish you with the authorized return destination alongside a strict "Ship-By Deadline". This deadline is mathematically calculated as precisely fourteen (14) calendar days from the issuance of our authorization correspondence. You are contractually required to postmark and ship the parcel on or before this assigned date. You assume full financial responsibility for return postage and transit risks; therefore, securing a trackable shipping method is strictly advised.

3. ELIGIBILITY STANDARDS & THE 45-DAY RECEIPT CUTOFF To successfully secure a refund, the returned hardware must arrive at our facility in an undamaged condition, fully enclosed within its original manufacturer packaging, and containing all original accessories, inserts, and operational manuals. We unconditionally reserve the right to reject returns failing to meet these physical specifications. Parcels unilaterally marked as "Return to Sender" are strictly prohibited and will not be processed or refunded. Furthermore, to finalize any financial disbursement, the physical return package must be officially received and logged at our facility no later than forty-five (45) days from your original verified delivery date.

4. COURTESY EXCHANGE FRAMEWORK Should you require a direct device replacement or a variant exchange over a traditional refund, communication must be established within the standard 30-day window. For direct exchanges involving products of equivalent financial value, InvisiLabs will waive the standard $4.95 administrative fee. However, the consumer remains entirely accountable for the transit costs required to route the original hardware back to our logistics center. Your replacement unit will be dispatched expeditiously upon the approval and physical receipt of your exchange request.

5. NON-REFUNDABLE SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES

InvisiLabs offers optional operational upgrades at checkout. By electing these services, you agree to the following irreversible financial terms:

Priority Processing Fulfillment: The fee assessed for Priority Processing is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, except in the singular event where an order is completely canceled prior to the commencement of fulfillment processing. Once an order enters the processing queue or is designated as fulfilled, this operational fee cannot and will not be refunded.

Warranty Purchase Fees: Fees allocated for the purchase of the InvisiLabs 1-Year Protection Warranty are inherently non-refundable, excepting instances where the order is canceled pre-fulfillment or if a refund of the warranty fee is explicitly requested within the initial 30-day satisfaction window, provided absolutely no warranty claims have been filed.

6. THE INVISILABS 1-YEAR PROTECTION WARRANTY FRAMEWORK

For customers who have actively elected and purchased the extended Warranty coverage, the following stipulations govern the 1-year coverage period, commencing on the exact date your order is designated as fulfilled and dispatched:

Coverage Parameters & Discounted Replacement: The Warranty does not entitle the bearer to free replacements. Instead, it provides exclusive access to heavily discounted replacement pricing assessed at seventy-five percent (75%) off the current retail valuation for units experiencing loss, theft, water damage, internal component failure, or manufacturing defects within the 1-year term.

Adjudication Limits: Eligible claims are strictly limited to one (1) discounted replacement adjudication per covered device throughout the annual term.

Hardware Discretion: InvisiLabs retains absolute discretion to fulfill approved warranty claims utilizing either factory-new or certified-refurbished hardware. Any replacement device assumes the remaining time left on the original 1-year warranty period. Standard shipping and handling fees apply to the dispatch of replacement units.

Strict Exclusions: Coverage is categorically void in events involving intentional or reckless destruction, damage stemming from unauthorized third-party repairs, or the subsequent loss/theft of a unit that was previously issued as a warranty replacement. Ancillary accessories (e.g., charging cables, cleaning tools, domes) are excluded unless integrated into a primary device claim.

Transferability: Warranty protections are bound exclusively to the original purchaser and are strictly non-transferable and non-assignable. Proof of original purchase is a mandatory prerequisite for claim initiation.

7. INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE RESTRICTIONS For consumers transacting from outside the United States, please acknowledge that any import duties, local taxes, or customs tariffs assessed during checkout are strictly non-refundable. By executing an international transaction, you formally accept full financial liability for all outbound return shipping expenses, alongside any inbound customs duties levied against the parcel upon its return to our domestic facility.

8. FINANCIAL PROCESSING TIMETABLES Following the physical receipt and satisfactory quality inspection of your returned merchandise, authorized refunds are issued to your original payment method within three (3) consecutive business days. Once released from our financial system, you acknowledge that your specific banking institution or credit card issuer may require an additional processing timeframe of up to ten (10) business days to officially post the credit to your account ledger.
