Standard domestic transactions are generally queued and processed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours following order placement. Subsequently, consignments typically arrive within an estimated transit window of three (3) to ten (10) days post-shipment.
Providing an exhaustively accurate shipping address and a valid telephonic contact number during the checkout sequence is your exclusive legal and financial responsibility. We categorically absorb no liability for late, misdirected, or entirely missing shipments resulting from the input of incorrect logistical information by the consumer.
2. 3. THE "PRIORITY PROCESSING" OPERATIONAL UPGRADE During the checkout protocol, patrons may elect to secure an optional service titled "Priority Processing". By purchasing this operational tier, you legally acknowledge and agree to the following financial and logistical parameters:
Service Mechanics: Priority Processing is engineered strictly to expedite internal warehouse handling, elevating your transaction to the apex of our fulfillment queue to ensure preparation occurs prior to non-priority orders. It explicitly does not constitute express, overnight, or expedited commercial shipping. All respective orders are dispatched utilizing the specific shipping methodology selected during checkout.
Transit Speed Disclaimer: This service exclusively impacts internal handling time at our logistics center. It absolutely does not modify commercial shipping carrier timelines, transit speeds, or delivery guarantees. Consequently, any delivery estimates displayed at checkout are formulated solely upon the courier method selected, entirely independent of your purchased processing tier.
Timeline Parameters: Orders equipped with Priority Processing are typically transmitted to the fulfillment queue within the identical business day, provided the transaction is finalized prior to 12:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST). Transactions logged after 12:00 PM PST, or during weekends and federal holidays, will receive priority status on the immediately subsequent business day.
Strict Non-Refundability: The financial premium assessed for Priority Processing is strictly non-refundable under all possible circumstances, excepting the singular event where a complete order cancellation is executed prior to the commencement of processing at our fulfillment hub. The exact moment an order enters active processing or is designated as fulfilled, the Priority Processing fee is irrevocably earned and cannot be refunded.
Operational Exceptions: In exceptionally rare instances involving unforeseeable operational delays, catastrophic system failures, or abrupt inventory shortages, the Priority Processing upgrade may not yield same-day fulfillment. Under such scenarios, the service fee remains entirely non-refundable; however, GoGrit LLC will deploy all commercially reasonable efforts to prioritize the completion of your order as expeditiously as possible.
4. ABSOLUTE PROOF OF DELIVERY (RISK OF LOSS TRANSFER) Due to the numerous external variables and hazards present at the final delivery destination that reside completely beyond our operational control, you explicitly consent to our delivery verification framework. You formally acknowledge and agree that any digital delivery confirmation, scan, or tracking status provided by the commercial carrier serves as the absolute, sufficient, and legally conclusive proof of delivery to the cardholder. This liability exemption remains fully enforceable even in the complete absence of a physical signature upon receipt.
